The First Annual Women's Basketball Showcase (formerly known as the Women's International Basketball Review) was held June 23-25, 2006. Twenty-two young ladies came from as far as Idaho and as close as High Point, NC to pursue their dream of playing professional basketball. Of these former athletes, eight were signed by an agent and/or were able to  play professionally overseas.

Ernesia Wideman      5'6, 1/2 guard - 06-07, 07-08 seasons in Romania (All-Star team selection- 2 years)
Jesi Metz                    5'10, 3 guard -  Cyprus, Slovakia, and Honduras
Rhonda Deans          5'10, power forward
Tamika Drinks-Holloway     6'0 guard/forward - Puerto Rico (2 years), Lithuania -   Spring 07 season
